Villa Rules

• Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (not guaranteed).

• Maximum occupancy is the one shown on each villa's page. No subletting or extra overnight guests allowed.
• Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person per night and may cause immediate eviction without refund.
• Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are responsible for damages or missing items. Do not hang towels from balconies.

• Beach towel damage or loss: $25.
• Bed linen damage or loss: $50.

No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Smoking indoors carries a $150 fine.

No pets allowed. Violation of this rule carries a $150 fine.

Each reservation includes parking for one car on the property. More parking is available in the surrounding area. We are not responsible for damages to vehicles.

Do not leave garbage outside. Keep food inside the fridge to avoid pests. Upon departure, please discard all garbage in the provided bags: we will take care of it. Excessive cleaning or misuse of the property may incur extra charges.

Please use appliances, furniture and plumbing responsibly.

• Do not flush paper, wipes, sanitary items, etc.
• Do not pour oil down the sink.
• Keep doors closed while the A/C is on.
• Septic system damage costs $225 per service.

A cleaning fee is included for check-in and check-out. Extra or excessive cleaning will be charged. Optional housekeeping is available during your stay for $90 (cash).

Please turn off lights, A/C and electronics when not in use. Be mindful of electricity and water usage to help us reduce our environmental impact.

Guests must respect neighbors and follow the law. Loud parties, illegal drugs, firearms and underage drinking are prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. All children must be supervised at all times.

For everyone's safety, the property has security cameras in its common areas. There are no cameras inside the villas.

The property owners and managers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, weather events, or loss of or damage to personal property or vehicles during your stay. Use of the beach areas and facilities is at your own risk.

Power and water outages may occur in Puerto Rico and are outside our control. A backup generator and a water cistern are available for power and water interruptions. No refunds will be given for weather or utility problems.

Charging electric vehicles at the property is strictly prohibited.

A valid ID is required for each adult guest at check-in.

Near the water you may encounter sand flies, no-see-ums or midges. Their bites are annoying but not dangerous. We recommend applying insect repellent when outdoors.
